Mandarin Beef

3/4 lb Top Sirloin sliced thin1 Egg White1t Corn Starch1/2 t low sodium Soy Sauce1/4 t Sugar1/2 t Vegetable Oil1 medium carrot shredded1/2 large green pepper cut into strips1 clove garlic crushed1/2 t finely chopped ginger1/2 t chili paste1/2 t low sodium Soy Sauce1 scallion chopped
Cut top sirloin into thin strips
mix beef strips, egg white, cornstarch, 1/2 t low sodium soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl
let stand for ten minutes
spray wok with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat until spray starts to bubble add 1/2 t vegetable oil to wok, add beef mixture and stir fry 2-4 minutes until brown. Add Carrots, green pepper, garlic and ginger and stir fry 1 minute. Stir in chili paste, 1/2 t low sodium soy sauce, and scallions cook and stir fry 30 seconds.
