Grilled Ahi Tuna

Ingredients
6 oz Ahi Tuna Steak1/8 c low sodium soy saucejuice of one small limeone clove garlic smashed
Directions
Marinade Ahi Tuna in Soy Sauce, lime and garlic at least 20 minutes but not more than one hour. Start Charcoal grill just before starting to make marinade. When Coals are white oil grill grate and put ahi on. cook 2 minutes for medium rare or three minutes for medium. Turn over tuna steak and cook an additional two or three minutes depending on thickness.
