"spanish" Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Sweet peppers (bell), 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 4 serving (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Chorizo, pork and beef, 0.25 link (4" long) (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)Garlic powder, 3 tsp (remove)SaltPepper and Herbs to taste
Directions
In a heated pan cook the chorizo, add a little oil once the chorizo is browned on each side
Chop and Add the onions, garlic and seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs) and fry until half soft
Slice and Add the peppers and again cook until half soft (onions should be fully cooked by now
Seal the chicken on all sides before halving and adding the cherry tomatoes
Season again (optional)
Add canned tomatoes stir and again add seasoning if required
Cover and simmer for around 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through
