Albacore Tuna 4 oz drained0.25 c red onion chopped3 jumbo black olives slicedroasted red pepper in water, 0.25 c choppedcherry tomatoes 0.50 choppedVirgin olive oil 1 tspDijon Mustard 1 tsp Balsami Vinegar 2 Tblsp
Directions
flake tuna, chop all other ingredients add, then mix evoo, vinegar and mustard
