Lemony Salmon Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients
Ingredients1 whole wheat Bagel1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice1/4 teaspoon Lemon-pepper2 Tomato, thin slices2 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon2 Tablespoons light Cream cheese, softened
Directions
Serves one, but can easily be made for more.

Directions
1. Slice bagel in half.
2. In small bowl combine cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon-pepper.
3. Spread over bagel halves.
4. Top with tomato slices.
5. Place in plastic sandwich bag.
6. When ready to eat, top bagel halves with drained salmon.
