Kale, Sweet potatoe, Goat cheese salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil1/3 apple cider vinegar1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp of nutritional yeast2 sweet potatoes1 1/2 bunch of kale4 green onions1-2 oz of goat cheese
Directions
Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar and yeast as dressing.
Chop/tear kale into small pieces. Cut out stalks.
Cube sweet potato and microwave to cook.
