Crock Pot Lasagna

1/2 lb ground beef1/2 lb Turkey Sausage1 Large onion, diced2 garlic cloves, minced1 lb Jar Prego heart smart traditional spaghetti sauce8 oz Lasagna noodles (fresh or boiled)1 lb part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded1 lb ricotta cheese2 oz parmesan cheese1/4 cup milk1 egg, lightly beaten1/4 tsp black pepper8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms1 cup frozen spinach
1. Fry beef, sausage, onion, garlic, pepper, chili until brown
2. Add mushrooms, fry 5 minutes, add spinach, fry 2 min
3. Add spaghetti sauce and heat through
4. Combine ricotta, milk and egg
5. Add mozzarella and parmesan to cheese mix, reserving 1 tblss of parmesan
6. Layer in crockpot - 1/4 Meat, 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cheese mix
7. Repeat step 6
8. layer 1/4 meat, 1/3 noodles, 1/4 meat
9. Top with remaining cheese mix
10. Sprinkle parmesan on top
11. Cook on low 4-6 hours
