Whole Wheat Lavash Bread1 T Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing1 T Fat Reduced Parmesan Cheese3 med Mushrooms, sliced1/4 c Fat Free Mozzarella
Directions
Spread dressing on lavash bread. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and mushrooms. Top with mozzarella. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until cheese is melted.

    This is wonderful!! I used the small pita Lavash's by Joseph's. Every dieter should know about lavash bread. It is so filling, and so good for us and it is an excellent bread replacement for diabetics! Great snack food!! - 3/6/12
