Peach Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
4 oz. (1/2 cup) nonfat milk4 oz. (1/2 cup) 2% milk vanilla Greek yogurt (I use Cabot vanilla bean)4 oz. (113.4 g) frozen sliced peaches4 oz. (113.4 g) frozen mango chunks1/2 medium fresh banana1 packet "Sugar in the Raw" turbinado sugar
Directions
Place the blender vessel on top of a food scale with a tare function. Add each of the first 4 ingredients, 4 oz. by weight. Slice 1/2 banana, and add 1 packet "Sugar in the Raw" (if desired) on top. Blend until chunk-free. This may require stopping the blender on occasion to rearrange various chunks of frozen fruit from around the blender blades at times.

A good sign the smoothie is actually "smooth" is that the ingredients in the blender finally start swirling into a tornado or "vortex" when you look down into the top of the canister/ vessel.
