Homemade Cheese Pizza (Bread Machine Dough)

Ingredients
SauceRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium Onions, raw, 1/2 mediumGarlic, 4 cloves mincedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 tbspGround PepperBasilParsleyOreganoPizza seasoningDoughWater, tap, 1 1/3 cupSalt, 3/4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspWheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Red Star Quick Rise Yeast - 1 packet,ToppingsCheese, Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Italian shredded cheese, 2 cupReduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 ozFat Free Shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Add dough ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Bake using dough setting (1.5 -2 hrs)

Add 5 tbsp of Olive Oil to a large skillet. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until garlic is golden brown. Added chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add seasonings to desired taste. Simmer on low heat for 30 min and remove from heat.

When dough is done rising, preheat the oven to 450, and remove from bread maker. Roll to fit your pizza pan. Top with sauce & cheese. Cook for 15-20 min. Take out and let sit for 5-10 before cutting.
