Mustard Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless Pork Chops2 tbsp Dijon Mustard2 tbsp Yellow Mustard2 tsp Minced Garlic1/2 cup Fried Onions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Mix the mustard and garlic and pour over chops, turn to coat. Sprinkle fried onions over the top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30-45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until pork chops are cooked through.
