1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion, diced6 cloves garlic, minced1.3 pound ground turkey3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies1 (29oz) can ground peeled tomatoes in puree1 (15 oz) can pitted small black olives1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon dried oregano.5 teaspoon cinnamon.25 cup cider vinegar2-3 teaspoons chipotle in adobo sauce1 teaspoon salt
Fry the garlic and onion in the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet until translucent. Empty into crock pot. Brown turkey meat in same skillet and add all dry spices. Empty into crock pot and add remaining ingredients. Set crock pot to 5 hours on high or 7-8 on low.
