Pizza Sauce: Individual

Ingredients
4 Roma or Plum Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, & cored1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning1/2 tsp. Basil(fresh or dried)1/2 tsp. Fennel seed1/2 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp Red Pepper1/2 tsp. Olive Oil1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic(I use a touch more.)1 tsp. Brown Sugar, unpacked
Directions
Place prepared Tomatoes in a blener with all spices, salt, sugar, & oil. Blend until smooth. Pour into a pot and cook on medium high for 30 minutes until reduced by 1/2. Remaining sauce can be frozen for later use.

Serving Size: Makes enough sauce for two whole pizzas.
