"This is all I had in the house" Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup Aunt Jemima pancake mix1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk2 TBS Motts original apple sauce2 TBS Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese1/8 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp almond extract1/8 tsp olive oil (used to coat pan)
Directions
Mix together in a small bowl Aunt Jemima pancake mix, milk, apple sauce, and cream cheese.
Stir well until it is a semi-thick consistency
Add cinnamon (however much you prefer) and almond extract. I suggest 1/8 tsp as this recipe only makes a small potion.
Use a non stick pan or coat the pan and put it on medium to medium high.
Pour the desired amount of mix into the pan and let it cook for 5-8 minutes flipping once.


Serving Size: Makes about three smaller pancakes or you can do what I do and make one large one and cut it up.
