Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes1 onion2 chicken breasts, dicedcan of black beanscan of corntaco seasoning packet2 cups white rice
Directions
chop onion, sweat in bottom of large pan, cook chicken with onions, add all other ingredients, cover with water, allow to simmer until chicken is fully cooked and soup is hot
