Chicken & Pepper Wheat LoMein

Ingredients
Canola oil (2T)Sesame oil (2T)1 pound chicken breast5-spice2 cups bell peppers1/3 cup carrotssmall can water chestnutssmall can bamboo shoots5 cups precooked (al dente) Barilla whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Heat 2T canola oil and 1T sesame oil in skillet, add 1 pound chicken (seasoned with 5-spice) cut into small pieces and 'brown' them for about 4-6 minutes (depending on size of pieces). Move chicken to skillet edge and add 2 cups chopped mixed bell peppers and 1/3 cup shredded carrots to the center of skillet on medium heat. After 1 minute, add one small can of bamboo shoots and one small can of water chestnuts to center of skillet and allow to heat for 2 minutes. Add 5 cups whole wheat spaghetti and stir til well mixed. Add 2T lite soy sauce to taste and serve.
