Nathan's Pumpkin Muffins

4 Eggs1.5 cups sugar.75 cup oil.50 cup applesauce1.75 cups canned pumpkin.50 cup wheat germ.50 cup skim milk powder3 cups flour1 Tbsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1 tsp nutmeg.5 tsp cloves1 tsp salt2 tsp Baking soda
Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin, beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes in mini muffin tins.
You can also make these full size (about 3=full size muffin), bake for 15-20 minutes.
