Golden Girl Whey Protein Bars

Ingredients
3/4 cup Egg Beaters, Egg Whites1 cup oatmeal1 tsp. ground cinnamon1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened1/4 cup dried cranberries (reconstituted in hot water)1 tblsp almond butter1 tblsp sunflower seeds, ground1tbsp flax seeds, ground1 cup Bob's Red Mill Whey Protein Concentrate1/4 cup millet flour1/8 cup brown rice flour2 squares of dark chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10"x6.5" glass baking pan liberally with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together egg whites, oatmeal, applesauce and cinnamon. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate and mix well. Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the sides pull slightly away from the pan. Remove to cooling rack and set aside for 10 minutes.
While the bars are cooling, break into pieces 2 squares of dark chocolate in a microwave safe dish. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring each time until the chocolate is melted. Drizzle onto the cooked bars and then cut into 10 bars.
