No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)1/3 cup honey1 cup coconut flakes1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup mini chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix peanut butter, vanilla and honey together, add all other ingredients and mix well. May have to use hands. Cover and put in fridge for 20 minutes. Use spoon and roll into balls. Can roll balls in graham cracker crumbs if desired. Store in tightly covered dish.
