Mirliton casserole with crab and shrimp

*Mirliton, Chayote Squash, 640 gram(s) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Butter, salted, 2 stick (remove)Blue Crab, 16 oz (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 5 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
Melt 1 stick of butter in large skillet, dice mirliton and onion, and add to skillet to Saut� in butter until tender. Add 2nd stick of butter and fry until browning on the edges.
Add crab and shrimp. Cook for an additional 7 - 10 minutes. Add to casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. Top with parmesan and back at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes.
