Mirliton casserole with crab and shrimp

*Mirliton, Chayote Squash, 640 gram(s) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Butter, salted, 2 stick (remove)Blue Crab, 16 oz (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 5 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
Melt 1 stick of butter in large skillet, dice mirliton and onion, and add to skillet to Sauté in butter until tender. Add 2nd stick of butter and fry until browning on the edges.
Add crab and shrimp. Cook for an additional 7 - 10 minutes. Add to casserole dish coated with non-stick spray. Top with parmesan and back at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes.
