1/2 grapefruit, sectioned and juice set aside100g shrimp, cooked6 asparagus spears (grilled or steamed)1c shredded lettuce1/2 tsp ground mustard1/2 tsp steviadash salt & pepper
Directions
combine lettuce, shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit. in a bowl or dressing container mix; juice of grapefruit, sea salt, pepper, Stevia, and ground mustard. pour over salad and enjoy!
