1 cup rolled oats (quick cooking)1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds1/2 cup toasted wheat germ1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 cup dried apricots1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup raw almonds1 small ripe banana1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/3 cup agave syrup1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9X13 pan with Parchment Paper.
Place oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, flour, nuts, apricots and raisins in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until its well combined.
Transfer to pan and spread out evenly.
Bake 20-22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Cut into 20 rectangles and allow to completely cool before individually wrapping them.
Serving Size: makes 20 approx. 2" x 2 1/2" rectangles
