Oriental Chicken Rolls

1 C shredded cabbage2 T chopped onion1/4 C shpped cucumber1/8 C chpped red peppers1/8 C slivered almonds2 T ginger sesame salad dressing6 oz of shredded chicken breast6 leaves of Bib lettuce (or similar)
Chop up cabbage, onions cucumbers, and peppers and mix in bowl with almonds and dressing.
Shred your chicken breast.
Top each lettuce leaf with 1/6 of the vegitable mixture and 1/6 of the shredded chickn breast.
Roll up like taquito and enjoy
