*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz(remove)*Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz(remove)Salt, 1.5 tsp(remove)Pepper, black, 1.5 tsp(remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp(remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp(remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp(remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1.5 cup(remove)Romano Cheese, 4 oz(remove)
Mix all ingredients. Roll into meatballs a little larger than a golf ball. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
