1lb of skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips (or you can leave in big pieces if you like, but kids like the strips better)1-2 tbsp of olive oil (or i like to use the olive oil cooking spray, its so easy)1/2 cup of italian bread crumbs1/2 cup of shredded parmesean 2 tbsp of minced garlic
Preheat oven to 375. Spray an oven safe dish with cooking spray. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic and parmesean in small bowl. Rub olive oil (or spray on) both sides of each piece of chicken. Then dredge each piece of chicken in breadcrumb mixture and plae in oven dish. Place dish in oven for 20-30min or until cooked through.
