White bean and Veggie Soup

1 cup White Beans (soak over night)3-4 cups Water4 tbsp beef bouillon 1/2 cup carrot -cubed 1/2 cup yellow onion - cubed1/2 cup celery- cubeddash of pepper or to taste dash of salt or to taste1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp ground sage1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Put in 3 quart pan - Beans, Water, Beef bouillon.
put Carrots,Onion, Celery in 1 tbsp of butter & enough olive oil to cover bottom of a saute pan.( saute till soft)
add to beans and water ,beef bouillon, then add pepper,salt,basil,sage,cinnamon,nutmeg. Cook on Med low for ( just boiling) 1 to 2 hours with lid on or till beans are soft.
