Tofu Chocolate "Pudding"

Ingredients
1 block soft tofu4 dates, pitted and chopped3 tbsp palm sugar (or other sweetener of choice)1 cup unsweetened coconut milk5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Cut tofu into cubes and pit and cut up dates. Pour coconut milk into blender or food processor, then add tofu. Pulse a few times to make sure that the tofu and coconut milk are mixing well, then add cocoa powder, palm sugar and dates. Blend well. (You may want to add additional palm sugar, agave nectar, or other sweeteners if you want something that tastes more milk-chocolate than dark-chocolate.) Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate or freeze if desired, or serve immediately to excited friends, family, or your mouth. :) YUM!
