Pecan Coconut Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter1 t browb sugar replacement1 egg1/2 t vanilla extract2 T broken pecan pieces1 c coconut flourdash salt1 t baking powder2 T water
Directions
w/ electric mixer cream butter, sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add vanilla, nuts, mix slightly. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and water well. Shape into a roll about 1 1/2 in. in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap refrig over night. Cut in 1/4 in. slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Serving Size: roll 1 1/2 in in diameter and cut 1/4 inches thick
