tuna vegetable fritters

Ingredients
2 cans tuna2 tbsp light mayo or tsatiki1 clove garlic1/2 tsp salt and pepper1 cup shredded carrots and yams1/2 cup shredded zuchinni and green onions1/2 cup flour1/2 cup egg whitesoil
Directions
combine tuna and mayo or tsatiki garlic salt and pepper add shredded carrots yams zucchini green onions and flour in a bowl. in a separate bowl whip egg whites till stiff and then add folding into to tuna mixture.
heat some oil or use nonstick pan use 1/4- 1/3 cup portions .flatten them slightly cook 4-5 min per side
Serve with a salad or tsatiki as a dip
