Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 8 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Tomatoes (stewed), 4.5 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2.5 cup (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)Beans, yellow, 2 cup (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 15 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon (remove)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, .125 cup (remove)
Directions
Brown beef, onions, celery and carrots. Add remaining ingredients, water, and bouillon and simmer forever. Season as desired.
