Ingredients
EggsZuchiniRed pepperoniongarlicsaltpepperfrozen corndiced green chilesshredded cheese
Directions
Sautee vegetables. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper in bowl. Pour over vegetables and cook in large skillet to brown the bottom of the eggs. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place pan under broiler to cook eggs from the top. When cooked through, slice and serve.
