Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
salmon, panko, light mayo, canola oil, canned salmon, lettuce, tomato, onion, hamburger bun, dill, eggs
Directions
Whisk mayo and eggs. Add panko, salmon, and dill. Form into 8 patties. Put into refrigerator for 1 hour. After an hour place canola oil on hot pan. Place patties in pan and cook until browned. I guessed the time when I did it and ended up cooking the patties for about 7 minutes per side. Once cooked to your liking place on bun and add tomato, onion, and lettuce.
