Baked Haddock

Ingredients
Haddock (fish), 1 fillet Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers), 1 serving Granulated Garlic, 1 tsp Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, 1 tsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven t0 450
rub shallow pan with olive oil put one filet skin side down on pan.
Melt Butter
Crush Ritz crackers add garlic, paprika,melted butter and parsley mix well.
spread light coat of mayonnaise on filet, then sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs on fish.
place in preheated oven and turn heat down to 400
bake for approx 16 minutes.
