1 tsp olive oil1cup Onion1 cup celery1 can tomatoes2/3 cup chopped carrots2 tbs garlic1 can corn1 can green beans2 cups cabbage2 cups broccoli1 cup peas
brown celery onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 min.
Add corn and greeen beans (with juice)
Add everything else and 3 cups of water.
cook until desired tenderness.
