Healthy BBQ chicken tortilla wrap

Ingredients
1 OLE! High Fiber tortilla (these are amazing and Wal Mart carries them - SO much better for you!)1 oz shredded cabot 75% light Vermont Cheddar1.5 tbs Kraft light BBQ sauce4 oz of cooked chicken, chopped1 tbs chopped red onion3 oz (or less) baby bella mushrooms (sauteed in organic PAM olive oil)9 spinach leaves
Directions
preheat oven to 400.

spray pan with oliveoil. Place tortilla on it, then layer ingredients in the following order: bbq sauce, spinach, onions, chicken, mushrooms, cheese.

Bake for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Pull it out and roll it into a wrap and you're good to go - just be careful that you let the BBQ cool a little!
