Salmon Asparagus Orzo Salad

Ingredients:Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup Atlantic Salmon (fish), 8 oz Orzo Pasta, 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cupScallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp*Heinz White Wine Vinegar, 3 tsp
Directions
Grill salmon on oiled grid about 10 minutes. Cool. Flake salmon into bite sized pieces. Cook orzo. Combine salmon, orzo, asparagus, cranberries and green onions in large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients, pour over salmon mixture, toss until coated. may be served warm or chilled.
