Luanne's Linguine in Clam Sauce

1 lb. linguine fini (Barilla)2 cans of minced clams1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)2 Tbsp. butter1/4 cup of parsley flakes1/4 tsp of oregano1/2 tsp of minced garlic1 cup of Hunts tomato sauceParmesan Cheese to taste
As soon as you put the pasta into boiling water, start the sauces.
For the sauce, add oil and 2 Tbsp of butter to pan. Heat and add minced garlic. Make sure your heat is not too high. Add minced clams and all spices. Then add tomato sauce. Cook until pasta is done.
Add to drained pasta and then add parmesan cheese. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 12, 1 cup servings
