Citrus Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
4 Salmon Fillets (100 grams each)1/2 Cup Orange Juice (or other Citrus Juice)3 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Directions
Combine Juice and Dijon. In a covered baking dish bake Fillets for 10-15 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Remove cover and spread glaze over fillets. Re-cover and bake 5 to 10 more minutes until fully cooked.

Serve with veggies and rice.
