Quick Chinese Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1L Chicken Broth (choose organic, low sodium for best nutrition)3 Chinese Egg Noodle Rolls/Bundles1 1/2C frozen peas
Directions
Pour chicken stock into pot over Medium heat.
Add frozen peas, cooking alone until stock warms again. Add 3 noodle rolls/bundles. Cook about 5 minutes, until rolls/bundles easily come apart. Turn off heat. Cover & let cook for another few minutes.
Serve.
