Greens, Pasta and Cheese

Ingredients
1 C Spinach, chopped1 C Collards, chopped2 C Kale, chopped2 C Swiss Chard, chopped2 C Onions, chopped3 Tbsp Olive Oil2 C Feta Cheese, crumbled8 oz Barilla Plus Penne Pasta
Directions
Note: Any combination of greens can be used (6 cups total -- more if preferred).

1. Saute chopped greens and onions in olive oil.
2. In a separate pot, cook pasta in boiling water until done per directions on box.
3. Mix greens with cooked pasta combining thoroughly.
4. Sprinkle feta over greens and pasta stirring gently until cheese is melted.
5. Serve with salad.

Makes approximately 8 servings.
