Venison Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 lb venison steak1/2 cup jar jalapenos1 oz block pepper jack cheese6 strips bacon (cut in 1/2)cajun seasoning
Directions
Cut a slit in venison steak. Cut jalapenos and cheese into small slivers. Place inside of venison. Wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning.
