Ingredients: 96% lean 4% fat Ground Beef 1.13lbKikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 cupColonna Plain Bread Crumbs 1/4 cupKraft Reduced Fat Grated Parm 1/3 less fat., 12 tsp or 1/4 cupPerdue Ground Chicken 1 lb raw, 1 serving 1 large egg 2 large eggs (whites ONLY)3 garlic cloves minced or pressed into the garlic press.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and roll into small meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
