2 cups chopped red kale, center stems removed2 cups nondairy milk (Silk Vanilla Soy Milk)1 pear, cored and diced (medium = approx. 2.5 per pound)1 frozen banana, sliced (large = 8 to 9 inches)6 oz. soft silken tofu = 170.1 oz. on the Spark ingredients list2 Tbsp. almond butter 2 Tbsp. flaxseed oil1 Tbsp. agave nectar = 3 “agave sticks” on the Spark ingredients list4 oz. Greek Yogurt + 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (instead of 1 scoop vegan vanilla-flavored protein powder)
Place the kale and nondairy milk in a blender and process until completely smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
