Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c white flour1 c wheat flour3 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp allspice1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 c skim milk1 c pumpkin puree1 large egg2 tbsp vegetable oil2 tbsp vinegar
Directions
Mix all liquids. Add solids and stir just to combine

Cook on a hot griddle 1/4 c. at a time. You may need a spatula to spread around the batter - it is thick!
