Almond Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 oz. cream cheese1 tbsp. milled flax seed1 packet Splenda1 scoop vanilla protein powder (low carb)2 tbsp. organic, unsalted almond butter6-8 ice cubes
Directions
Finely crush ice first in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend/process until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: makes one large smoothie
