1/2 scoop nnw healthy whey, vanilla flavor (or whichever you prefer)***1/4 c. water6oz container nonfat yogurt (any flavor)1/4c. frozen mango chunks5 frozen strawberries1 medium banana1/4c. frozen blueberries1 c. ice
In blender, mix the whey and water until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except ice. Blend until smooth or desired consistency reached, adding ice as needed.
