Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese1 scoop vanilla whey (Jay Robb)1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp measures-like-sugar stevia (or to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes; let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting (or enjoy it gooey and warm!)
