Ingredients
1 - 1/4 cups Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix1 packet Eco-Planet Instant Hot Cereal - maple and brown sugar1/2 cup water1 Egg2 Tablespoon Truvia1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds1 Cup Blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into greased muffin pan, 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
