Turkey meatloaf in mini muffin tin

Ingredients
2 tsp EVOO1 1/2 cup onion1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp cayenne1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt3/4 lbs of mushrooms chopped4 large garlic cloves minced1 (15 oz) can great nothern beans (rinsed and drained)1 1/4 lbs of ground turkey breast extra lean2 large eggs1/2 cup chopped parsely4 tsp worcestershire sauce2 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
Heat oven to 375. In large skillet over medium heat add oil,onions, cyenne, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms 5 more minutes. Take off heat let cool. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spoon into mini muffin tin. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
