We didn't care for this. It was OK but not something I'd make again. - 2/6/16

The sweetness of the maple is great (I use sugar free maple syrup), and the Cajun kick at the end of each bite is especially nice! Super easy and staple ingredients from the kitchen... - 4/28/13

Good and simple recipe! I wrapped the Mahi in foil and baked it. I thought it was good, but it would probably would have tasted better had I just broiled or baked it on an open baking pan. It seemed the consistency of the marinade was diluted in the juices of the fish when I wrapped it in the foil. - 8/7/11

I didn't have cajun seasoning so I made it - recipes abound! Anyway, I didn't have to add the garlic powder it called for due to there was some in my homemade seasoning. Yum!! Will definately make this again! - 1/20/10
